How Executive Coaching works
Michael's Executive Coaching programme is one to one coaching over six months and is specifically designed for senior leaders, CEOs, MDs, partners and board and non-board directors. You will learn about yourself, how you lead, how you manage and who you are, using tools such as Clifton Strengths and Myers Briggs to support you to be the best you can be.
The coaching programme has been developed in association with one of the UK’s leading Executive Coaches, coaching CEOs and Senior Executives since 2002 and is tried and tested at delivering results. The programme is designed to accelerate the personal development of executives, providing a deeper understanding of how they lead, their personality type, strengths and development areas and opportunities for growth.
